Atley has a near-term goal of creating a nationwide sales organization. We are continually recruiting new sales personnel for our quarterly training programs to help us meet our goal of a nationwide presence.

Sales Manager – “Coach”

Atley’s philosophy and history is to promote from within. However, occasionally we will look outside the company to meet our staffing needs. This usually occurs when we are looking for competencies that will enable us to be more competitive in an evolving market or when our sales territory expansion outpaces our ability to hire, train and develop salespeople to become coaches.
